All orders will be shipped using Royal Mail standard delivery. Please note that all hand dyed items are made to order and may take up to 14 days to fulfill during busy periods. You will receive an email to advise of dispatch once your order is ready. You know its worth the wait!

Return & Exchange Policy

Refund and Return Policy

At Northern Dye House  we take pride in creating unique, hand-dyed garments that bring vibrant color and style to your wardrobe. As each item is individually crafted, variations in color and pattern are to be expected, making each piece truly one-of-a-kind. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and service.

 

Returns:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns under the following conditions:

 

Return Window:

Items must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.

Condition of Items: Returned items must be in their original packaging, have not been worn, and remain undamaged- this includes smoke odour from cigarettes and pet hair. The item must be in the condition in which it was dispatched.

 

Return Process:

Contact our customer service team at info@northerndyehouse.com to initiate a return.

Provide your order number and the reason for the return- please note sale/ clearance items are non returnable.

We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send your item back to us.

 

Refunds:

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the above conditions. If the item passes inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

Due to the unique nature of our hand-dyed garments, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process to receive a refund and place a new order for the desired item. 

 

Important Notes

 

Variations: Each garment is hand-dyed, which means that slight differences in colour and pattern from the images on our website are normal and not considered defects.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
